Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Refund Policy
We will refund you the full amount of the plan within Seven (7) days after the plan has been purchased, in case you have;
- changed your mind to buy the plan(s) you have ordered or;
- not satisfied with the service, price or communication or;
- did not get the services which were promised;
- In order to get full refund, please drop us a mail along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of plan(s) at your end.
- Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and promotional plans are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Once the services rendered, refund cannot be processed.
- Refund will be processed within 2-3 working days from our end.
- The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Requests received later than seven business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
