In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.<\/p>\n<h3>Refund Policy<\/h3>\n<p>We will refund you the full amount of the plan within Seven (7) days after the plan has been purchased, in case you have;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>changed your mind to buy the plan(s) you have ordered or;<\/li>\n<li>not satisfied with the service, price or communication or;<\/li>\n<li>did not get the services which were promised;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>In order to get full refund, please drop us a mail along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of plan(s) at your end.<\/li>\n<li>Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and promotional plans are not eligible for a refund or exchange.<\/li>\n<li>Once the services rendered, refund cannot be processed.<\/li>\n<li>Refund will be processed within 2-3 working days from our end.<\/li>\n<li>The refund will be processed to the same account\/method from which the payment was made.
